Dr. Ye is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and American Society of Hematology. Dr. Ye states that the science of cancer biology and the innovation in cancer treatments first sparked her interest in oncology. However, her appreciation of medical oncology truly developed through positive patient-provider relationships and patient care experiences. She believes that medical care and treatment plans should encompass the whole person rather than focus solely on the illness. She has a special interest in solid tumor oncology.
