Dr. Richard Carter graduated with an honors degree in Chemistry from Colgate University. His research interests included allogenic bone marrow transplantation, coagulation, and platelet function. Dr. Carter is board-certified in Hematology and Oncology, and practices at Rockdale and Northside Hospitals. He is a founding member and President of the ACC foundation which provides emergency financial relief to patients and families affected by a cancer diagnosis.
