Michael H Frist, MD
Dr. Frist is an active member in the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Gastroenterological Association, and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. In addition to general gastroenterology, Dr. Frist has a special interest in the treatment of acid-related diseases of the esophagus and gastrointestinal tract, and pancreaticobiliary disorders. He is trained in advanced endoscopic techniques such as esophageal pH monitoring, treatment for Barrett’s esophagus, resection of complex polyps, enteral stents, and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). Dr. Frist joined Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates in 2012.
