Dr. Tolbert is a board-certified physician in medical oncology, hematology, and internal medicine. Dr. Tolbert received his Master of Science in Clinical Research from Emory University College of Arts and Sciences with a focus in prevention of colorectal cancer. He practiced general internal medicine in Tennessee for five years before returning to Atlanta to train in hematology and oncology and has maintained his board certification in internal medicine. His clinical interests include solid tumor, gastrointestinal and hematological malignancies, multiple myeloma, colorectal cancer, cancer prevention, and palliative care.
