Gowri Satyanarayana, MD
Dr. Gowri Satyanarayana is a nationally and internationally recognized leader and board-certified infectious diseases physician, with a focus on the diagnosis and management of infections in patients who have cancer or who have undergone a transplant. Prior to joining Northside Hospital, she has had almost a decade of clinical and research experience as a transplant infectious diseases physician at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she still maintains an Adjunct Associate Professor faculty position. Her research interests include examining new diagnostic methods and therapeutics for infections. She works with all members of a patient’s multi-disciplinary team to manage complex infections.
